If you don't know what free diving is, or you know but haven't seen the movie about Jacques Mayol.. The Big Blue, directed by Luc Besson from 1988 - is a must see! It is incredible. If you see the "version longe of The Grand Bleu" = the extended version, the underwater scenes in the introduction is absolutely astonishing.
During the last 10-15 years, Scuba diving has become everyones sport. It is not considered "extreme" anymore. Apnea / breath-holding /
